How Do I Care for My Garment?
More often than not, more water and energy is used in caring for your items than used to produce them. Washing your clothing less often not only saves water and energy but also enables your favorite apparel to live a longer life, saving you money…and heartache. Always follow instructions printed inside your garment. This preserves the fabrics specific properties. Hand washing or gently washing in cold water is a great way to care for your garments. Our clothing gets equally clean this way, plus it’s easier on the fabric and saves energy. Use non-toxic laundry detergents. Avoid chlorine bleach as it’s harsh on fabrics and not much better for you or the environment. Hang drying clothing is a great energy saver and again, preserves the strength, shape, properties, and durability of the garments. We strive to design product that can be easily washed and dried using these techniques. Most of our items do not require ironing, another source of energy use, however, a cool iron can usually be used if needed, but again please read the inside garment label. Have more questions? Where and How do You Ship?
We implement standard shipping services for all of our product including USPS, UPS, FedEX, and DSL (depending on the order) and charge a flat rate fee of $6.50. We ship anywhere in the world. Orders outside of the U.S. may receive additional charges. Orders over $100 receive Free Shipping.
How Long Does it Take My Order to Process and Ship?
We ask for 2-3 business days for our team to pack and ship your full order. Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday-or over the weekend-will be processed on Monday. Our clothing currently ships from Chicago, IL. We use standard shipping services including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on the order. Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive once it has been processed and packed by our team. When we ship out the order, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package. **If you’d like to expedite shipping, please inform us by writing a note on the order checkout page and emailing us at email@example.com immediately after placing your order. Upon receiving the note with the order and/or the email, we will contact you to verify the expedited services. Additional fees will apply.
What is Your Return Policy?
We gladly accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed merchandise, with proof of payment within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original sale tags intact. All garments are subject to inspection. We will contact you upon receiving your email, send you a return label, and refund the amount to your credit card once we receive the item.
